How The Systems Works The basic underlying principle of the patented Skill-Tec tm training system is that, unlike other training systems, the ball will exhibit a natural movement through the use of a unique swivel attachment on the ball. This allows the ball to spin and react as a real match ball would and a true game situation can be simulated. Specially designed clips attach the interchangeable, stretchable cords to the ball swivel. The other end of the stretchable bungee cord is attached to either a wrist strap or a ground stake, depending on the training activity. Three different lengths of bungee cords are provided in the package and are designed to simulate specific on-the-field activities: The Ground Swivel allows the player to practice a wide variety of exercises while keeping the ball in one general practice area-no more running all over the practice field or into the street after a misfired kick! The nylon and Velcro Wrist Strap allows the player to freely move around the practice area while practicing and the ball always returns to the player. Junior and senior of balls are available and are designed to take into account the strength and mobility of the player age group.
